As explained here, Vortex runs anti-duplicate on message edits, which can trigger false positives if the content of the message remains unchanged. This happens when clicking the button to delete embeds from a message.
This PR skips anti-duplicate checks on message edits, as well as anti-everyone and anti-mention checks, since mentions don't ping when edited into a message after it's posted.
